Ltd, respectively, both of which are investment companies controlled by Biing-Seng Wu. In effect, Biing-Seng Wu beneficially owns 32,093,786 Shares, representing approximately 16.72% of the outstanding Shares. Biing-Seng Wu has sole power to vote and dispose of 32,093,786 Shares.

Sanfair Asia Investments Ltd. directly owns 17,324,062 Shares, representing approximately 9.02% of the outstanding Shares. Sanfair Asia Investments Ltd. has sole power to vote and dispose of 17,324,062 Shares.
