On September 4, 2018, Bunge Limited issued a press release announcing that Bunge Limited Finance Corp. (“BLFC”), its wholly owned finance subsidiary, has commenced a cash tender offer to purchase any and all of its outstanding $600 million aggregate principal amount of 8.50% Senior Notes due 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The attached Exhibit 99.1 is furnished in its entirety pursuant to this Item 7.01.
