Attached is the English translation of the summary of the letter dated June 10, 2014, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
By letter dated June 10, 2014, the Company reported that, through his subsidiary Real Estate Investment Group IV LP ("REIG") it has signed an agreement to renew the credit line with Inversiones Financieras del Sur S.A (“IFISA”) for up to 1,000,000 shares of Hersha Hospitality Trust for 30 days renewable up to 360 days at a rate of Libor (90 days) +50bps, in which the Company is the lender, and IFISA the borrower.
The Audit Committee has no objections towards this transaction.
