Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated June 17, 2013 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores:

 
 
 
 

By letter dated June 17, 2013, the Company informed that through its subsidiaries it has sold 9,754,486 ordinary shares of Hersha Hospitality Trust at an average price of USD 5.5 per share.
 
As a result of this transaction IRSA's indirect investment in Hersha reduced from 7.19% to 0.49%, equivalent to 1,000,000 ordinary shares.
