ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Item 11 of the Schedule TO is hereby amended and supplemented by inserting the following at the end thereof: On May 30, 2006, the Company issued a press release announcing the final results of the tender offer, which expired at 5:00 P.M., Eastern Daylight Savings time, on Friday, May 26, 2006. Based on the final count by American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the depositary for the tender offer, the Company will purchase 436,286 shares at $18 per share for a total cost of $7,853,148.
