CERIDIAN ANNOUNCES DATE FOR ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – June 27, 2007 – Ceridian Corporation (NYSE: CEN) today announced that it has scheduled its Annual Meeting of Stockholders for September 12, 2007 to consider the proposed merger transaction with Thomas H. Lee Partners and Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) and the election of directors to the Ceridian Board. Stockholders of record at the close of business on July 27, 2007 will be entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
