Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago Industries) is filing herewith a press release issued on October 9, 2008, as Exhibit 99.1 which is included herein. The press release was issued to report that on October 16, 2008, Winnebago Industries anticipates announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal 2008 ended August 30, 2008.
