Tisch had sole voting power and sole investment power with respect to 28,308,031 shares of Common Stock, including 1,768,928 shares registered in her name and 26,539,103 shares held by her as trustee of various trusts, or an aggregate of 6.6% of the 429,631,666 shares that the Issuer reported as outstanding as of October 28, 2009.
