Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 4, 2019, the Company issued a press release regarding the commercial launch of an authorized generic of Tekturna®, aliskiren hemifumarate 150 mg and 300 mg tables. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
