In response to a letter received on April 3, 2006 from ValueAct Capital Master Fund, L.P. (“VA”) wherein VA notified Acxiom Corporation (the “Company”) of its intention to nominate three directors for election at the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders, the Company issued a press release on April 3, 2006.
