On June 28, 2007, Micron Technology, Inc. announced its financial results for the quarter ended May 31, 2007.  The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

The Company issued a press release announcing that Chief Operating Officer Mark Durcan has been appointed to the role of President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.  Steve Appleton, who formerly held the title of President, will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer.  The full text of the press release related to this announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
