The Board of Directors has appointed Jacynthe Côté Senior Vice President of Alcan Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer of Alcan's Bauxite and Alumina Business Group. Ms. Côté succeeds Michael Hanley who will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis and who remains Executive Vice President within the Office of the President.
