On February 6, 2019, Cooper Tire & Rubber Company issued a press release announcing the United Steelworks Local 752L has ratified a new four-year labor agreement. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and incorporated herein by reference.
