On
February 14, 2019, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the
“Company”) issued a press
release (the “Press
Release”) announcing that the Company’s Board of
Directors has declared a $0.10 per share quarterly dividend payable
on March 15, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of
business on February 28, 2019. A copy of the Press Release is
furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
The
