Attached is the
English translation of the summary of the letter dated October 29,
2018, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires
and the Comisión Nacional de
Valores.
By letter dated October 29, 2018, the company reported
that the Annual
Shareholders' Meeting has approved the payment of a dividend in
kind for the equivalent of ARS 1,412,000,000.- payable in shares of
IRSA Propiedades Comerciales S.A. (IRSA PC), a subsidiary of the
Company, to be distributed among the shareholders in proportion to
their stake, and authorize the Board to cash settlement of
fractions less than the face value of the shares of IRSA PC to be
distributed, applying in this respect the Regulation of
Mercado de Valores S.A.
