On February 14, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock, payable on March 11, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 25, 2019. This press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
