On September 25, 2018, Ennis, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended August 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
Item 8.01. Other Information
On September 21, 2018, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 22.5 cents a share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on November 5, 2018 to shareholders of record on October 12, 2018.
