On April 4, 2018, David W. McCreight, President, URBN, and Chief Executive Officer, Anthropologie Group, notified Urban Outfitters, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign, effective April 27, 2018. Reference is made to the press release issued by the Company on April 5, 2018 and filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
