On April 10, 2013, Jay Margolis provided written notice of his decision to resign as a director of Burlington Holdings, Inc., Burlington Coat Factory Investments Holdings, Inc. and Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corporation, such resignation to be effective immediately.
