Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
Concert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 9, 2016. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.
 
1.
The Company’s stockholders elected Ronald W. Barrett, Meghan FitzGerald and Wendell Wierenga as class II directors to serve until the 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, each such director to hold office until his successor has been duly elected and qualified.
