On December 1, 2008, Cooper Industries, Ltd. ("Cooper") announced that it is revising earnings guidance for the fourth quarter 2008. Cooper also announced that it acquired Cyme International, a leading power engineering software and services provider. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
