(BOVESPA: GFSA3; NYSE: GFA) (“Gafisa” or “Company”), in accordance with CVM Instruction 358/02, informs to its shareholders and the market that Mr. Tomás Rocha Awad has resigned his post as member of the Company’s Board of Directors, from which he got elected on the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on September 25, 2018.
