ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
On January 25, 2007, Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (the "Company") issued a
press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly
cash dividend of $0.60 per share of common stock for the quarter ended December
31, 2006, which is payable on February 20, 2007 to common shareholders of record
on February 5, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit
99.1.
