On May 21, 2014, Extended Stay America, Inc. (Extended Stay) held its 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the Extended Stay Annual Meeting). At the Extended Stay Annual Meeting, shareholders voted on the matters disclosed in Extended Stays Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 15, 2014 (the Extended Stay Proxy Statement).
