Altera Corporation (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting on May 13, 2014, at 2:30 p.m. local time. All of the Company’s nominees for director were re-elected, Proposals 2, 3, 4 and 5 were approved by the Company’s stockholders with the requisite vote, and Proposal 6 was not approved by the Company’s stockholders.
