By letter dated December 7^th, 2011, the Company reported the resignation and assumption of office at Banco Hipotecario S.A. by the former CFO, Mr. Gabriel Pablo Blasi. Mr. Matías Iván Gaivironsky has been appointed CFO of the Company, effective as from the date hereof.
