Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated May 12, 2010 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores (“CNV”):

By letter dated May 12, 2010, the Company reported that its Board of Directors has approved the issuance of the Series II Notes for the principal amount of up to U$S 150,000,000 or such higher amount as determined by the Company for a Maximum Principal Amount of up to U$S 250,000,000, to be issued under the Global Note Program for a principal amount of up to U$S 400,000,000.
