On July 7, 2009, Robert L. Wagman, our former Vice President of Insurance Services and Aftermarket Operations, was appointed as Vice President of Operations – Wholesale Parts Division. In this newly created role, Mr. Wagman will have operating oversight for our late model recycled parts operations, our aftermarket parts operations, and our refinished bumper cover and wheel operations. Information concerning Mr. Wagman is available in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2008 and our Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 31, 2009.
