Item 8.01 Other Events
This Amendment No. 1 to Current Report on Form 8-K provides an amended page 14 to the Potlatch Corporation Slideshow Presentation (the “Slideshow Amendment”), previously furnished under Form 8-K on December 8, 2008 to correct an error in the non-strategic price per acre received by Potlatch Corporation 2008 YTD.
