On December 8, 2008, Potlatch Corporation (the “Company”) will begin a road show in preparation for the December 16, 2008 spin-off of its wholly owned subsidiary, Clearwater Paper Corporation (the “Spin-off”). During the road show, the Company will give presentations, which will utilize a slideshow that describes the Spin-off and gives an overview of the Company as it will be constituted after the Spin-off (the “Slideshow”). The foregoing summary is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Slideshow, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto, and is incorporated herein by reference.
