The Company issued a press release on April 9, 2008 announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2008 to shareholders of record as of May 2, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
