On August 1, 2007, Corinthian Colleges, Inc. (“Corinthian”) issued a press release announcing preliminary, unaudited results for the fourth quarter of its fiscal year ended June 30, 2007, as well as other matters. A copy of Corinthian’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
