On April 30, 2007, Amedisys, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding a proposed home health PPS refinement and rate update released by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
