The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 24, 2007, Dover Motorsports, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing that the Registrant’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on both classes of common stock of $0.015 per share. The dividend is payable on March 10, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2007. A copy of the Registrant’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
