ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On November 29, 2006, TiVo Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended October 31, 2006 and released FY07 Q3 Key Financial Metric Trend Sheets for TiVo Inc.’s third quarter earnings conference call. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and a copy of the FY07 Q3 Key Financial Metric Trend Sheets are furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report.
