The Registrant issued a Press Release on April 24, 2006, announcing a contract award for SBIR Development. LightPath Technologies, with Guidance from Lockheed Martin, will Develop Molding Technologies for Low-Cost Infrared Optical Components. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
