Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated October 6, 2005 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores.

By letter dated October 6, 2005, the Company reported that the Board of Directors called an Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholder’s Meeting to be held on November 1, 2005 in the Company’s premises at 4 pm, Buenos Aires time.

 

In addition of the deliberation over the ordinary shareholder’s meeting proper matters, the Board of Directors will propose for shareholders approval:

The payment of the Directors’ remuneration for the amount of Argentinean pesos $7,400,000;

The analysis of the last period, which result in a profit of Argentinean pesos $103,245,000;

 

-

The merge of the Company with Buenos Aires, Trade & Finance Center S.A.

 

By virtue of its assumed financial covenants, the Company is not planning to distribute dividends in cash.
