Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated July 28, 2005 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores:
By letter dated July 28, 2005, the Company reported the acquisition from Ecipsa Holding S.A., of the 38.449018% of the shares issued by the company Canteras Natal Crespo S.A. These shares give the right to the same percentage of votes. The total amount paid for the shares was US$ 1,307,265.96.-
Canteras Natal Crespo S.A. is a corporation registered in the province of Cordoba which has as principal activity the urbanization of own and third parties land, sell and purchase of lots, quarry exploitation, real estate, and homes construction.
