Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Shiloh Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) is announcing that the Company has been awarded a significant amount of new business from General Motors. Most of this new business would replace existing business that the Company has been doing with General Motors. The Company cautions, however, that, although it ultimately expects to receive this business, it has not yet been given any purchase orders from General Motors for this business. Accordingly, there can be no assurance that such business will be received. This business was awarded to the Company in the ordinary course of its business of operating as a vendor to North American automobile manufacturers.
