Notification of Major Interest in Shares
In accordance with the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) the Company was informed
on 3 January 2007 that Lehman Brothers International (Europe) ("Lehman") had
decreased their holding by 8,723,406 since their last filing on 27 December
2006. Lehman's revised holding amounts to 39,975,648 Ordinary Shares of 10p
each, representing 5.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
