On May 28, 2008, Air Transport Services Group, Inc. issued a press release indicating that its subsidiary, ABX Air, Inc., was reviewing DHL's announced plan to restructure its U.S. operations and to pursue negotiations to outsource its domestic air network to UPS.A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
