(1) Represents weighted average sale price. These shares of Common Stock were sold through the execution of a single market order at prices ranging between $437.0418 and $437.25. (2) 8,000 shares of Common Stock, which were previously directly held, were contributed to the Wight Foundation on December 7, 2016, a charitable organization, over which Mr. Wight holds sole voting and investment power. Mr. Wight disclaims any pecuniary interest in these shares of Common Stock.
