On March 13, 2008, Cognex Corporation issued a news release to announce
it has entered into a plan to repurchase up to $30 million of Cognex
common stock pursuant to Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of
1934, as amended.

on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
