Director Dealing
On 19 March 2007, Nigel Northridge, a Director of Gallaher Group Plc, informed the Company that on 16 March 2007 a connected person had transferred to him 1,066 ordinary 10p shares in the Company. Following this transfer, Mr Northridge’s beneficial interest remains at 366,785 ordinary 10p shares in the Company.”
