Director Dealing
On 15 March 2007, Mark Rolfe, a Director of Gallaher Group Plc, informed the Company that on that day a connected person had sold 3,660 ordinary 10p shares in the Company at a price of £11.31. Following this transfer, Mr Rolfe had a beneficial interest in 177,736 ordinary 10p shares in the Company.
