Stocks awarded under this plan are accounted for in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards Board ("FASB") Accounting Standards Codification ("ASC"). The LTIP originally called for receipt by Mr. Broad of 75,267 shares, however that excess of 24,133 shares has been cancelled to effect the withholding for taxes being paid by Issuer for the benefit of Shareholder. |
