On June 3, 2013, TG Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary results from a Phase 1 clinical study of single-agent ublituximab (TG-1101) in patients with rituximab relapsed and refractory Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (NHL), presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology Meeting on June 2, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
