MEMBER

Yesterday,
the Board of Directors of Bancolombia appointed Mr. Gonzalo Alberto Perez
Rojas, as new member of Bancolombia’s Risk Committee.
Mr.
Perez, a current member of the Board of Directors of Bancolombia, replaces Ms.
Maria Angelica Arbeláez Restrepo, who resigned her position to pursue
opportunities abroad.
