On June 8, 2010, Birner Dental Management Services, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders.  The following is a summary of the matters voted on at the meeting as described in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement filed on April 28, 2010, and the voting results for each matter.
