On April 30, 2007, Neoprobe Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. On April 25, 2007, Carl M. Bosch, the Company’s Vice President of Research and Development, and a named executive officer in the Company’s 2006 Annual Report on Form 10-KSB, submitted his resignation as an officer of the Company.
